TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope of Services

Nebraska Events Management LLC (“the Company”) provides event planning, coordination, and management services, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, concerts, and private functions.
All services will be rendered as per the signed quotation or service agreement between the Company and the Client.

Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and an initial deposit (as specified in the quotation). • The Company reserves the right to release any unconfirmed booking without notice. • All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. • The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date. • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or approved digital payment gateways. • Late payments may result in a delay or cancellation of services.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation by Client:
• More than 30 days before event: 75% refund (25% retained for administrative and vendor costs).
• 15–30 days before event: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund.
Cancellation by Company:
• In the unlikely event the Company cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued, or the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and access to the venue as needed. • The Client must ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and venue permissions are obtained (unless the Company has agreed to handle them in writing). • The Client shall not make last-minute changes that may disrupt timelines or vendor arrangements without additional cost agreements.

Vendors & Third Parties

• Nebraska Events Management LLC may engage third-party suppliers (e.g., caterers, decorators, performers) on behalf of the Client. • The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors beyond reasonable control. • Vendor deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.

Liability & Insurance

• The Company will exercise reasonable care in planning and executing all services. • The Company is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft during any event. • The Client is advised to arrange event insurance for high-value functions or equipment.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or war.
In such cases, the event may be rescheduled at a mutually agreed date.

Use of Media

• The Client authorizes Nebraska Events Management LLC to use event photos or videos for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.

Confidentiality

All client information, budgets, and plans shared with Nebraska Events Management LLC will remain strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of executing the event.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

Acceptance

By signing the quotation or contract, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nebraska Events Management LLC, we value our clients and strive to deliver exceptional event experiences. To ensure fairness and clarity, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• More than 30 days before the event: A 75% refund of the total paid amount will be issued (25% retained for administrative and planning costs).
• 15–30 days before the event: A 50% refund of the total paid amount will be issued.
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued due to confirmed bookings and non-refundable vendor commitments.

Postponements

If the client wishes to postpone the event:
• A new date can be scheduled within 6 months of the original event date.
• Payments already made will be applied toward the rescheduled event (subject to vendor availability).
• Any price changes or additional vendor fees for the new date will be the client’s responsibility.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Nebraska Events Management LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, severe illness, natural disaster):
• The client will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid.
• Alternatively, the client may choose to reschedule at no extra charge.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
• Third-party vendor deposits (venues, entertainment, catering, décor, etc.) once confirmed.
• Custom design and production costs already completed.
• Government permits and licensing fees.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., pandemics, acts of God, government restrictions, war).
